Alternately, to pay by check or money order, or to request financial aid, please print and fill out the paper registration form below and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the form. Use the correct form for your child’s age.

REGISTRATION POLICIES AND DEADLINES
U5/6 and U7/8 Deadline is March 15, 2012. Registrations received after the deadline will be put on a waiting list. Placement on a team is not guaranteed from the waiting list. Please register on time.
U10 / U12 / U14 Deadline is January 10, 2012. Registrations received after the deadline will be put on a waiting list. Placement on a team is not guaranteed from the waiting list. Please register on time.
U16 / U18 Will begin January 10, 2012. Teams will form only if enough players have registered in a given age group by the deadline. No registrations will be accepted after the deadline, and no waiting lists will be made.
REGISTRATION FEE, SIBLING DISCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL AID
IN TOWN PLAYER FEE
The registration fee for the Spring season is $50
TRAVEL PLAYER FEE
The registration fee for the Fall season is $90.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
Pay the full fee for the oldest child, then subtract $20 from the fee for each younger child. Include siblings in both travel and in-town teams – children do not need to be in the same age group to use the sibling discount.
FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE
It is the policy of the Somerville Youth Soccer League to provide an opportunity for all the youth of our community to play soccer, regardless of financial circumstances. SYSL therefore has a program whereby families in financial need can request financial aid for all or part of their fee. No child will be turned away due to lack of funds. To request financial aid for the registration fee and/or uniform fee, please complete the request on the registration form (on the reverse page).
